Lapin suurinta kyläkauppaa pyörittävän Sampo Kaulasen vaimo Michele ”Minttu” Murphy-Kaulanen oli viime vuonna mukana Suurin pudottaja -ohjelmassa ja teki sen myötä suuren elämäntapamuutoksen.

Minttu julkaisi Instagramissa upean kuvaparin, josta näkyy, miten paljon hänen ulkomuotonsa on muuttunut noin puolentoista vuoden aikana.

– Luota prosessiin. 🔥 Heinäkuusta 2018 helmikuuhun 2020. Paino ei tullut muutamassa viikossa, joten se ei myöskään katoa muutamassa viikossa. 💪🏽 Työ on vielä kesken – terveyteni tulee etusijalla! ❤️, Minttu kirjoittaa kuvatekstissä.

Marraskuussa Minttu julkaisi alla olevan vertailun, jonka kuvat oli otettu kolmen kuukauden välein. 171-senttinen kyläkauppiaan rouva painoi Suurin pudottaja -kuvausten alussa 92,5 kiloa ja pudotti sen aikana 6,5 kiloa. Kuten yläpuolelta näkyy, painoa on sen jälkeen pudonnut vielä rutkasti lisää.

Tänään päättyy Suurin Pudottaja Suomi @nelonen 💕❤️ Paljon oon tuonut esiin omaa kieroutunutta ajatusmalliani oman vartaloni suhteen. Näiden kuvien välillä on aikaa kolmisen kuukautta. Omassa päässäni isoin ero on lyhyemmät legginssit ja jälkeen kuvassa kaulakoru ja huulipunan puute. Tiedän sen, vaan en tajua. MUTTA! 🔥 Tässä tulee se SUURIN MUUTOS: Mä olen oppinut nauttimaan tästä matkasta. En havittele pelkkää päämäärää, kilolukemaa, peilikuvaa tai tavoitevaatetusta. Mä olen 5 kuukauden aikana muuttanut tapaani ajatella.
